My darn lack of confidence in my writing skills has kept me away from this space for a bit. Each day I've thought of dropping in to say hello, but I just haven't found the words or inspirations.
I still don't have the words or inspiration, but here I am.
It's been a good weekend. We're having some work done in our kitchen and dining room. There's sawdust everywhere, but it's incredible how much knocking down a few walls has lifted my spirits.
I also starting building some cold frames and Burl and I purchased some seeds at the Co-op. This time of year really is one of my favorites.
Tomorrow is Monday, it's going to be a good week.

Ohhh, I don't think you need worry much about your writing skills. (And with gorgeous pictures like that...who would notice anyway!) :)
first off i love visiting here and reading and soaking in the beauty of your life but i can relate to the writing insecurity.
i too have it all of the time.
there are so many amazing blogger/writers out here that i find myself comparing (which never feels good) and then i get stage fright.
but recently i have been reading the artists way by julia cameron. she recommends morning pages which is simply a 3 page brain dump each morning before you start your day.
i just started and it is kind of helping. anyways i am babbling here. i just wanted to say it's nice to know there are others out there who sometimes feel a bit shy.
xo keep it up though:)
i know the feeling. all too well. and i absolutely love the flow of similar colors in your photos.
re: amy's comment, i love the idea of the daily free-writing brain dump. boy, would that clear up some space.
