I'm up to my eyeballs in lavender over here. Right now most of it is hanging in a closet to dry. I plan to use it in my soaps, bath salts, sachets, etc.
I also want to try this Lavender Shortbread recipe that my friend recommended. Some lavender lemonade also sounds delicious.
What's your favorite way to use lavender?

Lavender soda is also divine! Make a simple syrup with lavender, cool, combine with ice and sparkling mineral water. Mmmmmm!

In Columbus, Ohio there is a tea shop/restaurant called ZenCha. Everything is wonderful there. But they make a lavender latte. It's just lavender, milk and sugar but it's so good. I just need to find the right proportions....
Yesterday I had lavender bubble tea. It was probably the same thing as the latte, but with tapioca pearls.
